Returns, Defects or Mistakes in the Order

Sometimes there are issues with your order, and need to return, get a replacement item sent or receive a refund.  Here's a simple procedure for you to follow, so we can get the issue fixed as quickly as possible.

First, if you ordered the wrong product or size, then I'm afraid we won't be able to offer any returns, exchanges or refunds.  So, please be sure to check the size of the garment and make sure you get the right size when you order.

Second, if we made a mistake on the order or if there are any defects in the product, then please email us within 30 days afer you received the product at rvastore@protonmail.com or the Contact page form, and we will get this order sorted for you.  To do so, please let us know: 1) the order number, and 2) provide any photos of the defect so the defect is readily apparent.  We will review, and provide a refund or send out a replacement item.

Lost or Damaged in Transit Package

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If the product is damaged due to transit, then please provide a photo of the damage package, and we will send a replacement product at no cost.
