Production Process

The goal of the RVA Store is to provide as wide a variety of product as possible, from tees to mugs to whatever it is people want.  That goal meant making some business decisions in terms of which manufacturing process to use.

Having been in the fashion business, I know just how expensive the apparel business can be.  This is why I decided to use the Direct to Garment (DTG) and Print on Demand (POD) production and fulfillment provided by the largest and I believe most reputable firm in the business.

The two main reasons I decided on the POD and DTG process are:

• Consistent on demand inventory:  I am able to tap into a wide range of already made products that have consistent sizing, colors and quality without the need for capital investment.
• Wider range of merchandise:  As a result of not needing to invest in actual product until an order is placed, I am able to provide a wider range or merchandise immediately so that there are more options for you to choose from.

Because of this, I know it's important to share information that will allow you to make the most informed decision as to what size and type of garment to choose.
