FAQ's
Q: Will there be more designs?
A: Yes, as we continue to grow, we will be adding new products regularly to the store. Since this is the first ever official RVA store, the primary focus is to present classic designs that most people associate with schools.
Q: Can you sell XYZ product?
A: If there's something you'd like to see, send us a message. I don't mind selling different items if there are requests for it.
Q: Can I sell my RVA designs here too?
A: Yes, please see our Designer Program to see how we can work together.
Q: If you are the official RVA store, does that mean all the other stores selling RVA gear needs to be closed?
A: As the official partner with RVA, I can say that I'm the only one that they've approved. I'm not going to go around policing other people and asking them to shut down their stores, life's too short. All I would suggest is, maybe we can work better together by aggregating all our different designs under one store. And the plus side of that is, this is approved by RVA (though they'd have to approve whatever we want to sell). Wouldn't that be better for all of us? :)
Q: How much is being donated?
A: We are donating 10% of the net profits.
Q: Why is shipping so expensive?
A: Supply chain and energy costs would be the short answer. Amazon has trained us all to expect free shipping, but that's just not reality. Our production house has multiple warehouses and ships internationally, and the process by which they fulfill orders means that sometimes shipping will be a bit more. I'm afraid I can't do much about that, since this is something we all encounter. The plus side is, there's no tax for those outside of California!
Q: My shipment tracking email says that my delivery is fulfilled, but I've still not received my item?
A: When you order different items, such as a mug and a tee shirt let's say, then those will ship separately because of the nature of the product requires different packaging. The email notifications you receive will confirm the delivery of each shipment within an order separately. That's why you might think the email is wrong when it says an order is complete. What the email means is that the partial delivery of the entire order is complete. Know that there will be separate tracking emails when you have multiple shipments in one order. This is entirely normal. Contact us if you've not received anything after 14 days.
